Summary
This 30-unit apartment and townhouse complex is located on Nanaimo’s waterfront. A lush private courtyard is formed between the two buildings, and suspended balconies animate the facades. The project artfully defines the transition between the private entrances and the public walkway using various materials, plantings and levels. It creates a truly urban edge and experience in the process.
