Summary
The Ladysmith Resources Centre Association is a non-profit charity that serves unique and diverse individuals and families by offering resources and services that enhance the quality of life in Ladysmith and the surrounding area. The LRCA has a renewed mission to “enrich the lives of the people in the community through advocacy, programs and partnerships.”

Checkwitch Poiron Architects have been working with the LRCA’s Building Committee to develop their first housing project, a 36-unit assisted living complex funded in part by BC Housing. The project includes an interior multi-purpose space for use by residents as well as for the surrounding communities.
